Rebekah Easton-Hogg acquired Dr. Cox’s practice.

Dr. Stephen Cox retired in August 2024 after nearly 50 years in psychiatric practice. Rebekah Easton-Hogg, APRN, acquired his practice and assumed continuity of care for his former patients.

Easton-Hogg Psychiatry & Healthcare now serves patients from the Lexington office at 3135 Custer Drive and provides statewide telehealth services when clinically appropriate.
