Provider biography
Rebekah Easton-Hogg, APRN
Psychiatric and family nurse practitioner focused on integrated, individualized outpatient care.

Background
A broad clinical foundation.
Rebekah graduated from Berea College with a degree in Women and Gender Studies and began her career as a domestic violence advocate in the Fayette County court system. She later became a registered nurse, caring for patients with blood cancers who were receiving bone marrow transplants.
As a family nurse practitioner, she worked across preventive care, women’s health, family planning, routine screenings, chronic illness management, and lifestyle-based treatment planning. Seeing how often mental health affected every area of care led her to pursue further psychiatric specialization.
Her combined background supports an approach that considers psychiatric symptoms alongside medical history, physical health, medications, and day-to-day functioning.
